What Is Active Management
In investing, you put your money in the hands of other people. If you invested in a mutual fund and its portfolio includes this or that venture, you can bet that someone is always on top of that portfolio. This active management of a fund’s portfolio is the same as the active management term we have. This is a good thing for investors as they can be assured that their investments are being guarded all the time, ready for immediate movement of funds thus having a bigger chance of earning more profits.
